⚠️ SecureJoin has been automatically suspended ⚠️
❓ Why has this happened?
SecureJoin was suspended because of an overdue payment on TutorBird.
This happens when:
- An overdue bill alert has been sent out AND
- Your total balance on the account is £50 or more
For example, if you owe £20 but have recently had lessons worth £50 or more, SecureJoin is suspended because of the overdue £20 and the total balance.
📧 You were notified before this suspension:
- An email was sent to inform you of the invoice.
- A follow-up email was sent to remind you that payment was overdue.
- If you have a registered mobile number, you would have also received SMS text reminders.
These notifications are sent automatically to help you avoid any interruptions.
⏩ What should you do now?
To reactivate SecureJoin:
- Log into TutorBird and go to “Account & Invoices”.
- Check your balance and pay any overdue amount.
- If you pay through PayPal, your payment will be updated automatically.
- Once the balance is cleared, contact me to reactivate SecureJoin.
- SecureJoin won’t be turned back on automatically, even if the balance is now £0.00.
❓ I’ve paid and my balance is £0.00—why is it still suspended?
- SecureJoin is only suspended when:
- An overdue bill alert has been sent out AND
- The total balance is £50 or more
- Even after you pay the overdue amount, SecureJoin won’t be turned back on automatically.
- You’ll need to contact me to reactivate it.

📅 Are my bookings affected?
- There is a 7-day grace period after SecureJoin is suspended. This gives you time to pay your bill before your bookings are affected.
- To check the status of your bookings:
- Log into TutorBird and go to “Account & Invoices”.
- If more than 7 days have passed since the suspension, your bookings might have been cancelled.
- If this happens, contact me and I’ll do my best to help.
